Information we collect
Contact forms collect your name, email and message, with an optional company name. Demo forms also require your company and a description of your request; repository count and system type are optional. Required fields are needed to submit the form.
The services delivering this website and its forms also process technical data, such as IP address, browser information, request time and the page used to contact us. This website does not connect to your repositories or Jira environment.
How we use your information
We use this information to answer enquiries, arrange requested demonstrations and operate the website. Where the GDPR applies, these purposes rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): responding to your request and ensuring reliable delivery and abuse prevention. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing campaigns.
Requests to exercise data-protection rights are handled to comply with applicable legal obligations (GDPR Article 6(1)(c), where applicable).
Service providers
Web3Forms processes form submissions and delivers them by email. Google provides the Gmail email service. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare Workers provide the website infrastructure. These providers process data to deliver their services under their respective privacy terms.

Data retention
Our retention policy provides for manual deletion of closed-contact correspondence within six months of the last interaction, unless a specific, justified need requires longer retention. Active enquiries and negotiations are kept while necessary.
Provider copies follow separate retention rules. Web3Forms states up to three years of storage, distinct from dashboard visibility. Google applies its own deletion and backup retention periods.
International processing
Providers may process data outside your country. Web3Forms operates from India; Google and Cloudflare use international infrastructure. Their published terms describe transfer safeguards, including adequacy mechanisms and standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and website performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not track individual visitors.
Language preferences and tracking
The site saves your selected language in your browser’s local storage until you change it or clear site data. The website does not use advertising pixels or make automated decisions about visitors.
Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the contact form to exercise these rights. Requests are answered within applicable legal deadlines, normally one month under the GDPR, subject to permitted extensions.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority, including the authority where you live or work when the GDPR applies.
